First Entry - The Plan

Welcome to my new teacher blog. I plan to use this forum to write about my experiences teaching in urban schools and the overall systemic problems of education in the U.S.

I'm only at the beginning of my summer break so I don't expect to write much except perhaps a few reflective entries on the past school year. I begin teaching at a new school in September so I thought it would be nice to have fresh journal in which to write, reflect and resolve issues that I will be confronted with on a daily basis.
